We Flap is a social non-profit business aimed at creating a vibrant online community that enables individuals to engage with and assist various Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) across the world. In its first phase, We Flap will focus on working with NGOs in India.

We Flap leverages the fundamental belief that people want to help, and if we can get together and all help in some small way, we can collectively create great philanthropic change.

We Flap’s mission is to foster a giving revolution by being the largest and most trusted online philanthropic community to learn about, interact with and help Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) across the world.

• Build a mechanism for individuals and their friends to learn about, interact with and help NGOs in various ways
• Become a trusted source of information that provides regular updates from 100s of 1000s NGOs
• Promote interaction between NGOs to help them learn best practices from each other
• Provide NGOs with services and tools to document their work and advertise their day-to-day activities

The Problem We Flap is trying to solve

In its first phase, We Flap will work with NGOs in India.

India has 1-2 million NGOs that address various developmental challenges. However, very few people know about these NGOs, the work they do, and the resources they need to grow and succeed. NGOs require help in the form of training, advertising, funding, volunteering, book keeping, etc. But, NGOs are unable to reach out to potential donors and volunteers because of limited resources. The lack of help limits the progress the NGOs can make to help their communities.



We Flap believes that there are millions of people in the world that would like to help development organizations, but these prospective philanthropists want to learn and become comfortable with the work and commitment of the NGOs before making a decision to help.

Therefore, the problem is that there is a massive information and communication gap that prevents interested and concerned individuals from connecting with development organizations.

We Flap will solve this problem and thereby enable individuals who possess tremendous untapped philanthropic potential to help and collectively create substantial social and economic impact across the world.
